    In today’s world of highly critical people, fear of war and general malcontent, it is refreshing to encounter an organization, such as Allure Window Coverings, that not only provides outrageous customer service but first and foremost, cares about their customers.

    When we decided to purchase our shutters for our new home, we were armed with all the horror stories of over-charging, missed schedules and continuous phone calls to disrupt our day. Armed with a pretty defensive attitude, based on our experience (as mentioned above), we had several companies provide recommendations and estimates. Then one day I connected with Ryan Mucci, Owner, of Allure Window Coverings and from our first conversation, I knew that we were going to do business.

    Ryan took the time to connect with me and to ensure that he understood our needs. Not only was I provided with exceptional customer service from both Ryan and Sal Shama, the quality of the shutters and the meticulous workmanship and installation was absolutely perfect. The careful installation on every detail made us feel like the work was the quality that they would do on their own homes. These two men were eager to please us and went beyond what I expected. It was very obvious that we were dealing with “pros” that really understood the meaning of customer satisfaction.

    I didn’t forgot you i was so busy with the move which did not go well at all. Anyway, I want to thank you for having the Blinds done so quickly, you really went out of your way to accomodate me. I love the blinds they look fantastic, i would recommend you to any of my friends when they are looking for blinds and also any of my neighbours.

    All the staff were friendly & courteous. The prices and quality of the product was favourable.
