1. Eligibility

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
This Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are clients of Allure Window Décor Inc. (the “Contest Sponsor”) and who are age 18 or over. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Allure Window Decor Inc., (the “Contest Sponsor”), its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and their immediate family members and those with whom they are domiciled, are not eligible to enter the contest.

2. How to Enter

To be automatically entered in the Referral Contest, you must refer a friend or family member to Allure Window Décor Inc. between December 1, 2009 and July 15, 2010 and provide to the Contest Sponsor the information specified below. Entrants may also fill out a ballot online at www.allureinc.ca. One ballot entry will be submitted by the Contest Sponsor for each referral provided by a contestant. You will be asked to provide your first and last name, street address, city, province, area code, phone number, e-mail address, referral name & phone number. On-line entries must be transmitted and received by the Contest Sponsor no later than July 15, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). Entrants may enter the Contest an unlimited number of times but must provide a different referral name on each contest entry.
By entering the contest, each entrant consents, to the extent permitted by law, to the collection use, disclosure and retention of the entrant’s personal information (his or her name, image, voice, likeness, city of residence and/or photographs) in connection with the Contest without compensation in any publicity or any advertising carried out in any medium worldwide by the Contest Sponsor, the prize supplier and/or their respective advertising or promotional agencies or partners without limitation or futher notification or compensation for the contest period and for an additional two (2) year period expiring July 15, 2012. The contestant declares to have complied with the Contest Rules. Further, the winner of the contest must conform to all directions given by the Contest Sponsors or his/her participation in the Contest will be denied and the winning ballot will be void.
In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an on-line entry, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor, and will not be returned to entrants. If the potential winning entry is an Internet or other computer entry, the potential winner may be requested to provide Contest Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. Incomplete or illegible entries are void. What constitutes acceptable evidence of proof of identity of such account holder is at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor.

3. Contest Period

Contest ends July 15, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern standard time) (Contest Closing Date). All entries must be received by July 15, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern standard time) to be included in the prize draw. Contest Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries. All entries shall be for this draw and will not be kept for future draws.

4. Prize

Grand prize consists of the following:
- One (1) week all inclusive vacation to Cuba for the winner and one guest;
- Seven (7) nights deluxe accommodation for the winner and one guest;
- Meals & beverages included in the vacation package;
- Airport to resort transportation; and
- roundtrip airfare for two (2) to Cuba departing from Pearson International Airport. Note that transfers/stopovers may be required.
- Approximate value of grand prize package is $1800 CDN.

- The winner and his/her guest are responsible for their own transportation between their home(s) and Pearson International Airport.
- All expenses not expressly stated in the package description, including but not limited to, ground transportation, connectors and overnight accommodation if prize winner is located outside the airport area, passport and visa fees, security and airport fees, taxes, insurance, gasoline or otherwise are the responsibility solely of winner and his/her guest. Travel companion must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply.
- The winner and the travelling companion must be at least 18 years of age at the time of travel.
- Reservations are subject to availability and cannot be requested less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. Blackout dates may apply.
- Departure date and Arrival date back to Pearson International Airport must occur between September 7, 2010 and December 4, 2010.
- Securing sufficient travel documentation is the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her guest.
Contest Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted, except by Contest Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable or greater value.
Winner and his/her guest are responsible for all taxes, surcharges and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
The Prize is neither refundable nor transferable, and cannot be extended. Documents once issued in the name of the winner are not transferable or refundable. Note that all applicable taxes and issuance fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Prize must be accepted as awarded and no cash equivalent is available. NO SUBSTITUTION OF THE PRIZE IS PERMITTED EXCEPT BY CONTEST SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. CONTEST SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE THE PRIZE WITH ANOTHER PRIZE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE. PRIZE IS NON-TRANSFERABLE AND IS NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH OR CREDIT, IN WHOLE OR IN PART.

5. Winner Selection and Qualification

On August 2, 2010 at or about 6:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) in Vaughan, Ontario or, in the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor, at another location in Ontario, a random draw will be executed by Contest Sponsor for the Prize from all eligible entries received on or before the contest closing date. The odds of winning the prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received on or before the applicable contest closing date. A selected entrant who has not successfully filled all the mandatory fields will be deemed to have forfeited the Prizes and Contest Sponsor shall be entitled to select a new name from the qualified entrants. Prize winner may be contacted by phone, and will be required to complete and return a Release form in order to redeem their prize.  Prize winner must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical, skill testing question, which will be administered by the Contest Sponsor. Failure to respond or claim the Prize within forty-eight (48) hours after notification or return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts will result in forfeiture of the prize and the Contest Sponsor shall discard the selected entry and randomly select an alternate winner. This process shall continue until the Prize has been awarded.  By entering this contest the entrants automatically agree to accept and abide by these contest rules and regulations.

6. General Terms and Conditions

By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Rules and by the decisions of the Contest Sponsor, which are final on all matters pertaining to the Contest. This Contest is governed by the laws of Canada. All federal and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsor, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively, “Contest Entities”) from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest, or the use or acceptance of the prize won.
The Rules will be posted at the Contest web site throughout the Contest except in the case of?technical difficulties.
Contest Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or Contest Site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, USERS CAN ENTER AN UNLIMITED AMOUNT OF MANUAL ENTRIES. ABUSERS OF THE ENTRY POLICY WILL BE DISQUALIFIED OR RESTRICTED AT CONTEST SPONSOR’S DISCRETION. USER MUST ENTER BY MANUALLY CLICKING THE “SUBMIT” BUTTON. USING SCRIPT AND/OR PROGRAMS (E.G. ROBOTS OR SPIDERS) TO AUTOMATE ENTRIES CONSTITUTES ABUSE. CONTEST SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO JUDGE THE VALIDITY AND/OR ACCEPTABILITY OF ALL CONTEST ENTRIES BASED ON ITS INTERPRETATION OF THE RULES.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE CONTEST SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

7. Limitations of Liability

Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Contest. Contest Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Contest Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials relating to this Contest.
If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Contest Entities which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, Contest Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Except as expressly warranted herein, the Prize is provided to the winner “as is” without further warranty of any kind.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CONTEST SPONSOR BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES EVEN IF CONTEST SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
